Candidatul Ideal
Must-have
- Polish at native or near-native level (C2). You will run business calls and contract conversations in Polish.
- English at C1 or above (working language internally).
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, business development or telesales experience where you carried a number and consistently hit it. We will ask you to walk us through how you organised your pipeline and what you closed.
- Pipeline discipline. Comfort handling 40–60 near-active sellers at once without losing track of follow-ups.
- Resilience and energy. This is a volume outbound role, most days you'll be on the phone or email with new prospects in order to sustain a continuous conversion potential of 40-60 sellers.
- Strong Excel and CRM fluency. You read data as well as you generate it.
Strongly preferred
- Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods.
- Polish university degree or work history in Poland (helps with credibility on the seller side).
- Cold outreach experience at volume (you've made 40+ calls in a single day and you're not afraid of doing it again).

- Build and work a high-volume pipeline. Identify Polish sellers across your assigned categories: sellers of all sizes, from small shops to established brands. Maintain a healthy pipeline of 40–60 active sellers to be converted.
- Run outreach at volume. Phone, email and LinkedIn outreach. Mix of self-sourced prospects and leads handed to you by the upstream team. Speed of follow-up matters.
- Run the commercial conversation. Present the marketplace opportunity with data, handle objections, walk sellers through the onboarding economics, and close the deal.
- Activate new sellers. Once a seller signs, your job isn't done. Walk them through the first 30 days: catalogue setup, pricing, first orders, basic marketing setup. First sale is part of your KPI, not just signature.
- Stay close to your market. Track competitors, category trends and brand launches in Poland. Feed insights back to central category, pricing and marketing teams.
