• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales Management or other commercial role.
• Experience in the insulation, HVAC or construction industry, ideally in marine, offshore, shipyard, energy or petrochemical sectors.
• Proven knowledge of sales and bidding processes.
• Familiarity with international trade, logistics, and transportation management is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage complex sales projects, particularly in the marine and offshore industries.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Romanian, written and verbal, is essential.
• The ideal candidate will live close to the eastern coast of Romania.

• Lead sales of the industrial insulation products and materials, with focus on the marine industry.
• Manage and expand existing client relationships in Romania and develop new ones.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customers, and sales channels.
• Stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Build strong relationships with all business stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Work closely with our headquarters in Poland, reporting to Sales Director and Marine Sales Manager.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales and operational goals.
