Candidatul Ideal
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong account management experience and excellent communication skills. The role focuses on developing key partnerships, overseeing sales operations, and driving growth within the assigned territory.
- Experience in stationery, office supplies, paper goods, and/or toys is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or field sales roles
- Proven success in developing accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Solid understanding of retail, distribution, and category-specific market dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Leadership capability and experience working with or coordinating sales teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market information
- Willingness to travel nationally over 50% of the time

- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Implement structured commercial plans to achieve sales targets and strengthen market presence.
- Manage Key Accounts: Maintain and grow strategic customer relationships; negotiate contracts and annual agreements.
- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Guide and support field or remote representatives to ensure high productivity and operational excellence.
- Monitor Sales Performance: Set clear objectives, review KPIs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Analyze Market Trends: Identify growth opportunities, understand category dynamics, and adapt strategies based on insights.
- Strengthen Client Relationships: Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Recruit and Develop Talent: Participate in hiring processes and provide coaching and ongoing training.
- Manage Territory and Budget: Ensure efficient territory coverage and maintain control of departmental budgets.
