• L1 Technical/Application Support for one of our OTT clients.
• Junior software development for our company's internal applications.

• Act as the first point of contact through Jira, email, internal messaging tools and phone.
• Provide first-level technical/application support for customer issues and service requests.
• Troubleshoot application and usage problems using documented procedures and knowledge-base articles.
• Monitor and investigate basic incidents, alarms and system alerts.
• Log, categorize, prioritize and track incidents in Jira.
• Perform basic, documented break-fix activities.
• Follow established troubleshooting and escalation procedures.
• Escalate issues to L2 support when they cannot be resolved at L1.
• Keep tickets updated with clear and accurate information.
