Junior Site Manager (Solar EPC Projects)

Requirements
• Technical education (engineering / construction / energy/technical background or similar experience)
• Good level of English
• High availability for travel
• Proactive, disciplined mindsetand not afraid to speak up •
• Real interest in working on on Solar EPC construction sites
• Driving licences: B

We are looking for a Junior Site Manager to join an intensive training program in Quality, Commissioning, Site execution and HSE, after which you will take responsibility for our international construction sites for Project execution as a Site manager.
This is an operational, site-based role, not an office job.
Responsibilities
• Take part in Quality / Commissioning / Site execution/ HSE training
• Support site inspections and audits
• Prepare commissioning and handover documentation
• Enforce health, safety and quality rules, stay on site during active construction phases
• After training: coordinate sites in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Hungary and Romania
• Be permanently present on site during active phases
