JUNIOR RECRUITER

• Review and screen CVs for open positions;
• Contact candidates for initial discussions;
• Schedule interviews and send interview invitations;
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process;
• Update the candidate database and track recruitment progress;
• Prepare reports and recruitment-related summaries;
• Publish and update job postings on recruitment platforms;
• Provide support with various recruitment activities when needed.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
• Advanced level of English;
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
