University degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Strong English skills (written and verbal);
Ability to integrate and work effectively in a team;
Solution-focused mindset, with creativity and “outside-the-box” thinking;
Excellent client-facing communication skills;
Strong problem analysis and technical troubleshooting abilities;
Basic knowledge of MySQL databases (queries, data checks);
Availability to work in shifts (two shifts between 07:00–23:00).
Nice to Have
Experience with manufacturing applications (MES, WMS or similar);
Previous exposure to application monitoring and maintenance;
Openness to work with AI tools and leverage them for efficiency;
Hands-on experience with AI-powered solutions or willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues reported by customers;
Determine and propose the best solution based on the issue and details provided;
Guide customers through the problem-solving process in a clear and professional manner;
Write and execute basic SQL queries (for troubleshooting and reporting);
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations;
Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge for continuous improvement.
