Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (in Economics - an advantage)
Work Experience:
0.5-1 year of total work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office at a medium level
Familiarity with SAP is a plus
Prior experience in a contact center and/or Shared Service Center is a plus
Skills and Qualities:
Portuguese and English proficiency at B1-B2 level
Demonstrated accuracy and precision
Strong planning and organization abilities
Job Description
Posting fixed assets additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation in SAP
Posting period-end provision entries according to instructions
Preparing rule-based entries proposal, submitting for approval, and posting manual journal entries
Preparing initial account reconciliation with current documentation, proposing adjustments, and posting when necessary
Applying closing schedule timeline and performing corresponding tasks
Managing gas station accounting – booking and reconciliation
