Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance / Controlling / Accounting, professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) would be a plus;
English fluency, German would be an advantage;
Strong IT command is a must;
Good understanding of accounting principles & management reporting;
Very good MS-office knowledge, mandatory advance knowledge in MS Excel;
Professional usage of ERP systems (MS Dynamics NAV would be an advantage).
Job Description
Prepare performance reports and executive summary, highlighting key metrics and variances against forecasts and budgets;
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement;
Support business leaders in understanding financial results and performance drivers;
Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic goals;
Prepare weekly, monthly operational and financial performance reports to monitor the progress of KPIs and inform decision makers;
Provide support to local financial controllers on reporting matters and assist them in resolving errors or creating new structures within the reporting tool as needed;
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and Group policies;
Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audits.
Coordinate with other departments in order to continuously improve processes and data accuracy necessary to ensure the quality of the services delivered by Controlling.
