Candidatul Ideal
About You
You are a technically minded individual with a strong interest in how complex industrial processes are translated into clear, structured knowledge. You may come from a traditional engineering path, or you may have experience in teaching or training with a chemical background; what matters most is your ability to understand technical content and communicate it effectively.
We are looking not only for junior engineers, but also for junior teachers or trainers with a foundation in chemical or process engineering who are passionate about education and knowledge transfer within the ammonia and fertilizer industry.
You are comfortable working with technical documentation such as operating manuals, datasheets, PFDs, and P&IDs. Rather than being overwhelmed by complexity, you are motivated by it, you naturally break down information into logical steps and communicate it in a clear and structured way.
You are detail-oriented and take pride in producing high-quality, professional outputs, particularly in PowerPoint and written materials. You understand that clarity and structure are essential when developing training content, and you approach this responsibility with precision and consistency.
You are digitally capable and adaptable, able to work with tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), video editing software, and Microsoft Office. You are comfortable learning new systems and implementing updates as required.
You have a proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative technical team. You communicate clearly in English, both in writing and verbally, and you are comfortable engaging with technical content on a daily basis.
This role is offered under a contractor-based collaboration model. Therefore, you should be prepared to operate as an independent professional, with the ability to work under your own PFA or SRL structure.
Ideally, you are looking for a role where you can grow within the ammonia and fertilizer industry, contributing to knowledge development while building deeper technical expertise. You may also be open to occasional involvement in consultancy work as opportunities arise.
