Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage, especially Spanish

Key Responsibilities
Content Transformation
Transform content into bitmark format according to established standards and guidelines
Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all content outputs
Apply best practices to optimize content structure and usability
Standards & Decision-Making
Follow predefined content standards and workflows
Develop the ability to make decisions within guidelines to determine the most effective formatting (“bit”, structure, or method)
Continuously improve judgment in selecting optimal solutions
Quality Assurance & Self-Review
Perform thorough self-reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
Identify and correct errors in formatting, structure, and content logic
Gradually build independence in quality control processes
bitmark Knowledge Development
Build and maintain a solid understanding of Bitmark syntax, components, and use cases
Stay updated with internal guidelines and best practices
Apply learned knowledge consistently across tasks
Tools & Systems
Support content setup and maintenance within PIM (Product Information Management) systems
Use ClickUp for task management, tracking, and collaboration
Organize and manage files and documentation in shared systems (e.g., Google Drive or similar)
Processes & Organization
Follow established workflows, naming conventions, and documentation standards
Contribute to maintaining structured and accessible content repositories
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and efficiency
