Junior Accounts Payable - MOL Romania

• Bachelor's degree in economics/finance/accounting/commercial
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage
• Fluent English
• Problem-solving and communication skills, ability to learn new things, flexibility, teamwork

• Transactional accounting activities, document verification, reconciliation of recorded values, communication with internal and external partners regarding any task required in the MOL Romania Finance Back Office activity, archiving activities
• Collaboration with MSC regarding the maintenance of the supplier/customer database, material codes and other maintenance codes in SAP (master data maintenance)
• Calculation, entry, reversal and tracking of accounting estimates (accruals), provisions, write-offs and depreciation adjustments
• Perform tasks related to taxation and settlement with various partners (data collection, calculation, account reconciliation, entering transactions in SAP and tracking payments)
• Provide support during internal and external audits/controls
