• Higher education of computer science or related
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 10:
- installation / configuration
- troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network technologies, local area networks and wide area networks:
- basic knowledge of network protocols (including IPVPN solutions)
- installation / pre-configuration of the routers/ switches
- troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports
• Very good knowledge of Excel and VBA
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Communication skills, responsibility and good work organization
• Knowledge of English
• Is considering advantage:
- knowledge of Oracle Database 10g for creating queries in PL / SQL
or
- knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server for creating queries in T-SQL
- knowledge of ERP systems
