Position Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with a “security-first” mindset and high-energy troubleshooting skills. This is a dual-focus role: you will act as the gatekeeper for user access through meticulous provisioning and provide live technical “rescue” for our North American call Centers.

What you will do:

Provisioning & Access Management (Primary Workload):
  • High-volume management of the onboarding/offboarding ticket queue.
  • Verification of “all qualifiers”: auditing HR lists and recruiter data against access requests to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Creation and deactivation of accounts across the tech stack.

Live Technical Intervention:
  • Monitor live support chats for US/Canada call centers.
  • Perform “Live Fixes” via AnyDesk, remotely accessing BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) hardware.
  • Resolve real-time challenges with audio, internet connectivity, and proprietary software.
  • Working hours: 3 PM - 12 AM EET, Monday to Friday.

Technical Stack:
  • Identity/Access: Okta, Google Workspace
  • Communication: Slack, Professional Email
  • Remote Support: AnyDesk (or similar live remote tools)
  • Operations: Iapp, Proprietary Dashboards, and Dialer systems

What you need to succeed:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT Support specifically within a Call Center environment, with advanced English skills.
  • Account Lifecycle: Proven experience in account creation and deactivation workflows.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional professional empathy. You must be able to navigate a user’s personal computer with tact and maintain a calm, helpful presence during “live fix” emergencies.
  • Ticketing: Proficiency in managing and documenting tasks within a ticketing system.
