Your primary responsibilities include:
Gain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture, and capabilities as it is one of the core platforms in our organization
Learn how to build custom applications and automation solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows.
Understand Salesforce data models, security best practices, and integration capabilities.
Participate in training sessions, workshops and hands-on coding exercises.
Explore Salesforce Trailhead to complete relevant modules and enhance technical knowledge.
Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications under the guidance of senior developers.
Work with Salesforce Admins and Developers to troubleshoot and debug issues.
Support data migration, integrations, and API development with external systems.
Create and modify reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business requirements.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Participate in the design, implementation, and testing of new Salesforce features.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows in Salesforce
Document technical solutions and best practices for future reference
Document system changes and new implementation to augment existing training materials and facilitate the onboarding of new team members.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn new things.
Understanding of object-oriented programming and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding basic software development methodologies and software design patterns
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills; familiar with basic project management concepts (Gantt, RACI) and tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
