Proven experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or a comparable back-office sales role.
Practical experience with machine repair, service coordination, or technical support related to repairs.
Previous call centre experience, including handling customer enquiries by phone and email.
Strong communication skills in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to understand technical issues, ask the right questions, and explain repair-related information clearly to customers.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several cases simultaneously.
Confident user of Microsoft Office and customer or sales administration systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in machinery, industrial equipment, power tools, or a similar technical product environment.
Knowledge of spare parts processes, warranty handling, or repair workflow administration.
Experience working in an international business environment.

The Internal Sales & Technical Customer Support Specialist supports sales activities while acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries related to machine repairs. The role combines internal sales coordination, quotation and order follow-up, repair service communication, and technical customer support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, commercially minded, and able to communicate confidently in Romanian and English.
Key Responsibilities
Support internal sales activities, including preparing quotations, following up on offers, processing customer orders, and coordinating delivery or service timelines.
Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone and email regarding products, spare parts, repair status, and service options.
Provide first-line technical support for repair-related questions and clarify machine issues based on customer descriptions.
Coordinate repair cases with service technicians, service partners, logistics, and customers to ensure timely and accurate communication.
Advise customers on repair procedures, warranty status, spare parts availability, and estimated turnaround times.
Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, and repair records in the relevant systems (Microsoft Business Central)
Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to resolve customer issues and improve response quality.
Support international communication in English with colleagues from the Service Hub in Hungary and head office in Germany
Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing professional, solution-oriented, and timely service.
