We are looking for an Interior Designer whose primary strength is sales — someone who can lead conversations, influence decisions, and consistently close high-value interior projects.
In our showroom, BoConcept is the main client magnet and brand anchor.
The Decorators extends each project into a complete interior solution, increasing complexity, value, and commercial potential.

Sales-driven by nature, not by obligation
Comfortable selling high-ticket solutions, not just individual products
Confident leading conversations with premium residential and B2B clients
Able to move a client from inspiration → decision → contract
Commercially intelligent: sees cross-sell and up-sell opportunities instinctively
Structured, disciplined, and accountable for results
Persuasive without being aggressive; consultative but decisive

Design literacy sufficient to sell concepts, layouts, and solutions with confidence
Strong communication skills in Romanian and English
Experience working with targets, KPIs, commissions, and performance reviews
A formal interior design degree is an advantage — not a requirement.
Sales performance is mandatory.

Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close contracts
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end
Build repeat business and long-term client relationships
Take full responsibility for your revenue and conversion rates
Lead sales-oriented interior consultations in the showroom and on-site

Not a purely creative interior design role
Not a passive retail position
Not a job where “the product sells itself”
Not suitable if you are uncomfortable with targets or closing
