Infra Design, Implementation and Ops Site Manager

• English – fluent
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Leadership, relationship management, negotiation, budgeting
• Driving license (experience with 4x4 vehicles)
• Technical telecom knowledge – 1 year (preferably 3 years)
• Abstract, conceptual, innovative thinking; forward-looking mindset

• Coordinates and supervises the activity of engineers managing civil construction works, equipment installations, corrective and preventive maintenance at Vantage Towers sites, as well as any other projects of the department.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and standards within projects and works carried out for radio station sites.
• Monitors the execution of works according to Vantage standards to align with the allocated budget for each type of work/activity.
• Acts as project coordinator for the projects in which they are involved.Ensure documentation of all works and projects in Vantage Towers’ information systems and, where applicable, in clients’ systems.
