What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years of proven SEO experience with a demonstrated ability to contribute to SEO performance
- Hands-on expertise in website analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, ranking factors, and algorithm updates.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- HTML/CSS knowledge;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with conversion optimization;
- Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.

What you'll do:
- Optimize website architecture, content, and internal linking to improve SEO performance;
- Closely manage SEO tracking tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Botify, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) to monitor and report on site performance and visibility;
- Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues such as broken links, crawl errors, indexation issues, and duplicate content;
- Monitor keyword rankings and SEO KPIs regularly, compiling performance reports and dashboards to highlight trends, insights, and opportunities;
- Conduct on-page SEO optimizations, including updating meta tags, headers, internal links, and content formatting in line with best practices and provided SEO guidelines;
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization;
- Collaborate with other SEO specialists to identify opportunities and recommend improvements;
- Partner with the marketing team to integrate SEO best practices into content creation and programming;
- Prepare reports, project documentation, and technical specifications;
- Work with development teams to implement on-site SEO initiatives;
- Benchmark industry websites for organic visibility, keyword strategy, backlink profiles, and technical structure to identify gaps and potential areas for improvement;
- Keep up with advances in online marketing and identify new opportunities.
