Human Resources Specialist @Meron Cluj-Napoca

We are looking for a colleague to be our new Human Resources Specialist in Floresti. So if you are the person that is always up to date regarding the working legislation, but you also love to meet new people and to work with them, you are the person that we are looking for.
If your resume says that:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related fields;
• You have at least 1 year experience in a similar position;
• You speak English at a professional level;
• You have knowledge of HR processes and systems;

And:

• You are a people oriented person;
• You have enough patience to deal with all kind of personality types;
• You are a proactive and a self motivated person;
• You are a master of Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools;

Daily job duties include:

• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating;
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees;
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed;
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc;
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations;
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval;
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks

HR specialist may also be called upon to focus his/her efforts on one of the following areas of HR:

• Workforce Planning and Employment
  • Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy;
  • Interviewing applicants;
  • Assisting with completing background investigations;
  • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations;
• HR Development
  • Conducting training sessions;
  • Administering on-the-job training programs;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs;
  • Maintaining records of employee participation in training and development programs;
• Total Rewards
  • Analyzing job duties;
  • Writing job descriptions;
  • Performing job evaluations and job analyses;
  • Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys;
• Risk Management
  • Developing and monitoring health and safety programs
  • Conducting safety inspections
  • Maintaining accident records
