- A university degree (preferably in Economics, Law, or related fields);
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR administrative and payroll role;
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR administrative practices;
- Accuracy, attention to detail, stress resilience, and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills;
- A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with employees and cross-functional teams;
- A valid Human Resources Officer or Inspector Certificate.
- Advanced proficiency in English

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing employee files and HR documentation (employment contracts, addenda, etc.);
- Preparing, updating, and archiving personnel records in compliance with labor legislation;
- Monitoring and managing vacation days, sick leaves, and other types of employee absences;
- Calculating and administering salaries using payroll software;
- Registering employment contracts in REVISAL / REGES / REGES-ONLINE;
- Ensuring all internal HR processes comply with current labor laws and internal standards.
