Human Resources & Payroll Officer (HR Administrator)

Are you an organized, detail-oriented HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and growth-oriented team?

What We’re Looking For:

• A university degree (preferably in Economics, Law, or related fields);
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR administrative and payroll role;
• Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR administrative practices;
• Accuracy, attention to detail, stress resilience, and the ability to meet deadlines;
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills;
• A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with employees and cross-functional teams;
• A valid Human Resources Officer or Inspector Certificate.
• Advanced proficiency in English

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing employee files and HR documentation (employment contracts, addenda, etc.);
• Preparing, updating, and archiving personnel records in compliance with labor legislation;
• Monitoring and managing vacation days, sick leaves, and other types of employee absences;
• Calculating and administering salaries using payroll software;
• Registering employment contracts in REVISAL / REGES / REGES-ONLINE;
• Ensuring all internal HR processes comply with current labor laws and internal standards.
