Education:
Higher education in technical field
HSE course, minimum 80h
English language

Professional Experiences:
As minimum of 3-year experience in a similar role. Oil and Gas industry is a plus.
Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is a plus.
Driving license

• Understanding and Implementing the HSE Management System.
• Demonstrate excellent safety leadership and behaviors, ensuring that the company safety expectations are communicated andss maintained.
• Conduct training required by Romanian legislation and by Newpark to increase Health and Safety culture and awareness.
• Monitoring HSE objectives
• Review JSA or any risk assessment forms.
• Issues/verifies permits to work.
• Conduct regular inspections.
• Conduct training for contractors and visitors.
• Knowledge about LOTO; confined spaces; working at height; risk control hierarchy.
• Be familiar with the client's HSE requirements.
• Participation in daily, weekly, monthly meetings (depending on client requirements).
• Participate in Incident investigations, follow up and monitor incidents close out.
• Develop and present recommendations and advise the management to ensure balance between productivity and the safety of team members, contractors, and visitors.
• Performing Emergency drills as planned
• Supervise the activity under ISCIR regulation (lifting, pressure equipment etc.)
• Ensure compliance with environmental protection legislation.
• Maintain training and safety records on the Integrated Management System (HSE part).
