HR Specialist

What you'll need
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, including Personnel Administration.
Good knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
Experience working in high-volume environments, preferably with blue-collar employees.
Experience working with HR systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
English at B2 level and fluency in Romanian.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

Job Description
What you'll do:
Support managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage personnel administration activities, including employee documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Update employee information in HR systems and provide data required for payroll processing.
Support recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and internal mobility processes.
Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
Collect and verify employees' working hours.
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and internal procedures.Provide HR support to operational teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.
