• Supporting benefits administration and employee relations
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Supporting employee engagement and communication initiatives
• Handling HR inquiries and providing guidance to staff
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Supporting organizational development initiatives
