What we’re looking for (in a perfect HR world):
✔ Proven experience in HR operations—bonus points for manufacturing experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of labour law (your inner lawyer cheers).
✔ Some payroll experience or at least positive feelings toward learning it.
✔ Excellent communication and conflict-handling skills—patience of a saint helps.
✔ Analytical, detail-oriented, and always thinking “how can we do this better?”
✔ Maturity, professionalism, and the magical ability to keep calm under pressure.
✔ Strong English skills (mandatory) – we’re international, after all.
✔ Open-minded, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

📝 Managing employment contracts, addenda, and personnel files—because someone has to keep us legally sane.
⚖ Handling disciplinary procedures while staying fair, calm, and cool (cape optional).
👂 Being a trusted point of contact for employees and managers—part advisor, part diplomat, part therapist.
📚 Applying labour law principles and not letting us break any rules (we appreciate that).
💸 Managing garnishments and related documentation—yes, the glamorous side of HR.
🤝 Helping managers navigate conflicts and keeping the workplace drama-free.
💼 Supporting payroll activities (you don’t have to love payroll, but you should at least be willing to date it).
📊 Providing HR data analysis, reporting, and helping us improve processes—because better is always possible.
