We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented HR Operations Business Partner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on HR administrative tasks with process improvement, internal procedures management, and recruitment activities.
Role description
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates
Oversee timesheets, attendance tracking, and ensure compliance with internal policies
Provide active support on HR specific operations;
Keep employee records up to date by preparing legal required employment papers and managing employee status changes in collaboration with external payroll provider;
Coordinate the recruitment process by creating job postings, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks and interviews;
Occasionally gives support for the organization of the events dedicated to the employees, CSR activities, etc;
Prepare or update internal policies and procedures according to legislation, Labor Code, GDPR, local and Group’s specification;
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and internal procedures
Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and organizational standards
