What We're Looking For?
- 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multi-country or international environment
- Solid knowledge of Romanian labor law; familiarity with Hungarian HR practices is a plus
- Strong generalist profile: you're comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian; Hungarian is an advantage
- Hands-on, autonomous and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with HRIS/ERP tool — e.g. SAP, Success Factor etc.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead HR operations end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, L&D etc.
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with company objectives
- Manage employee relations, labor law compliance and internal policies
- Drive engagement, retention and employer branding initiatives
- Oversee payroll coordination
- Provide HR guidance and process support for the Hungarian team
- Ensure group HR practices are locally compliant and consistently applied
- Act as a reliable point of contact for escalations and special projects
