By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, full on site from our office in Bucharest for the first 6 months of activity or fully remote if you are from another location from Romania.
After this period, the working model will be hybrid for Bucharest office.
Skills that make your work successful:
- Strong German & English written and verbal communication skills;
- At least 5-7 years of experience in an HR Team Leader role or in a related field;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Proven experience managing and developing teams, driving performance and engagement;
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues;
- Ability to function effectively as a team member and organize work activities for others on the team;
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple clients;
- Ability to develop /analyze/interpret data, rationale for alternative solutions to problems and take appropriate actions.

As an HR Delivery Operations Lead, you will supervise a team responsible for delivery, process, and business operations, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and team development.
- Lead daily team operations, manage workloads, make work assignments, and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for issue resolution and client escalations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients within your area of responsibility.
- Make operational decisions related to workload, staffing, scheduling, and equipment, adjusting hours as needed to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and service level agreements.
- Develop team support materials, including training manuals, role aids, and database views.
- Prepare and analyze complex reports, providing insights and recommendations.
- Identify, document, and implement opportunities for process, procedure, and standards improvements to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a point of contact for senior client representatives and collaborate with project managers on complex projects, including planning timelines and overtime requirements.
