As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to regional and area managers, providing strategic and operational HR support while helping drive people initiatives that contribute to business success. ✔ 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail field
✔ Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
✔ Coaching and facilitation abilities
✔ Business mindset with strong analytical skills
✔ Advanced English proficiency
✔ Willingness to travel within the assigned region

✅ Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities for stores within your region
✅ Implementing talent management and employee development initiatives
✅ Driving employee engagement and employer branding projects in your assigned region
✅ Advising managers on employee relations and complex HR cases
✅ Supporting the implementation of HR policies, processes, and performance management initiatives
✅ Analyzing HR data and identifying opportunities to enhance organizational performance
