Candidatul Ideal

  • Availability to work from both the REI and NetBet offices (1-day WFH/week).
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration, with responsibility for the complete payroll cycle.
  • Proven experience managing complex payroll processes independently.
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian payroll legislation, labour law and payroll taxation.
  • Experience performing complex payroll calculations involving overtime, bonuses, medical leave, salary adjustments, benefits and deductions.
  • Experience preparing payroll declarations (D112) and working with Romanian statutory authorities.
  • Experience working closely with Finance, Accounting, CFOs and/or Financial Directors.
  • Experience administering payroll for multiple legal entities or companies.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (SCRIB, Charisma, WizOne, Colorful HR, ADP or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work within strict monthly deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Payroll
  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Collect, validate and process payroll inputs, including timesheets, overtime, leave records, bonuses, salary adjustments and other variable compensation.
  • Track and reconcile monthly timesheets to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Perform complex payroll calculations, including bonuses, overtime, medical leave, salary adjustments, benefits, deductions, advances and other payroll components.
  • Prepare payroll reports, payment files and supporting documentation for Finance and Accounting.
  • Generate, validate and coordinate statutory payroll declarations and reports, including D112.
  • Ensure compliance with Romanian payroll legislation, tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities regarding payroll matters and statutory obligations.
  • Work closely with the CFO, Finance Director and Accounting team to ensure accurate payroll accounting, reconciliations and timely salary payments.
  • Administer payroll for multiple legal entities/companies.
  • Monitor legislative changes affecting payroll and implement the necessary updates.
  • Respond to employee payroll-related enquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality.
HR Administration
  • Prepare employment contracts, addenda, employment certificates and other employment-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems and REGES.
  • Coordinate the administrative aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain relationships with external providers (occupational health, medical insurance, meal vouchers, etc.).
  • Maintain personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support employees with HR administrative requests and employment documentation.
