Company located in Portugal and a leader in healthcare recruitment is seeking: HEALTHCARE RECRUITER – Freelance, remote

Requirements:
 Romanian language: native
 Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory requirement).
 Previous experience in client management, sales and staff recruitment (preferably in the healthcare sector).
 Excellent communication skills (oral and written), negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
 Results-oriented and focused on working towards objectives.
 Integrity, dynamism and initiative.
 Organization and attention to detail.
 Autonomy and ability to manage your own work schedule.
 Proficiency in basic IT tools and social media management
 Experience in relocation processes and good network in the sector

Objectives:

 Search for, identify and attract suitable healthcare professionals interested in working in Belgium or France.

 Establish and maintain contact with candidates during the initial stage of the expatriation process.

 Oversee the recruitment process in close collaboration with the company and in accordance with defined principles.
