Growth & Influencer Marketing Specialist

KARMA Original is a fast-growing fashion brand with a strong presence in Bulgaria and an expanding market in Romania.

We are looking for a proactive, organized and results-driven professional to manage customer communication and influencer partnerships for the Romanian market, while actively contributing to the brand’s growth.

This role combines customer relationship management with influencer marketing and campaign coordination.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Previous experience working with influencers or in digital marketing
• Excellent Romanian language skills (written and spoken)
• Good working proficiency in English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset and understanding of performance metrics
• Availability for daily on-site work in Ruse, Bulgaria

Nice to Have:

• E-commerce experience (fashion/retail is a plus)
• Practical experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or performance marketing
• Basic understanding of digital campaign metrics and optimization

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer communication (phone, email, chat) for the Romanian market
• Process orders, inquiries and customer requests professionally and efficiently
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
• Negotiate, coordinate and monitor influencer collaborations
• Track campaign performance (sales, discount codes, engagement)
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Identify growth opportunities in the Romanian market
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams
