General Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a General Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and oversee operational activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of production processes, equipment reliability, quality standards, and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

University degree;

Minimum 1 year of experience within a manufacturing environment;

Strong leadership and team management skills;

Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities;

Good command of English;

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate personnel to ensure efficient operations;

Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, food safety requirements, and health & safety regulations;

Monitor production and maintenance activities, identifying and resolving operational issues in a timely manner;

Support equipment reliability by following up on repairs, maintenance interventions, and replacement of defective equipment when required;

Monitor operational parameters and ensure process stability across production lines;

Organize and oversee inspection, control, sorting, and re-sorting activities when necessary;

Maintain accurate production records and monitor downtime reporting;

Ensure effective workforce planning, attendance monitoring, and optimal use of working time;

Promote workplace discipline, cleanliness, and continuous improvement initiatives;

Collaborate with Production Management and other departments to achieve operational targets and quality objectives.
