- Perform front desk and receptionist/secretarial duties;
- Handle postal and courier services;
- Manage visitor access and ensure a professional reception experience;
- Order and manage ID cards, business cards, access passes, laptops, etc.;
- Manage access keys and related records;
- Order printed materials and office supplies;
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to employees (scanning, printing, copying, etc.).
- Coordinate and manage vendors providing services and goods related to the office, employees, and equipment;
- Offer support and guidance to both expatriates and local employees, including translation and assistance with local processes;
- Ensure daily operations comply with security requirements and client policies (visitor access, parking, gate passes, access control, materials flow, etc.);
- Maintain and update administrative processes to ensure compliance with internal and external audits;
- Organize and coordinate business visits and company events (logistics, accommodation, meeting rooms, catering, reservations);
- Prepare and submit monthly reports (e.g. seating, dashboards, CCTV, incidents);
- Manage and track vendor invoices;
- Update and monitor preventive maintenance plans;
