Freelance Front Desk Virtual Assistant

What do we expect from you? The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Moreover, we would like you to hit as many as the below criteria:

• Excellent English, written and spoken
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role will be valued
• Availability to work during US office hours (4 PM to 1 AM Bucharest time)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual meeting platforms
• Knowledge of major social networks for campaign setup (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc)
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Accuracy
• Good phone and Internet connections
• Availability to work between 20 and 40 Hours/ Week (depending on the job offer)

What will your work day look like? Here are some of the tasks you will be expected to perform:

• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of our clients
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing virtual documents
• Follow up with clients’ unpaid bills (from time to time)
• Conduct research and gather information for special projects
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Follow company standards
• Post on social media whenever necessary
