Previous experience with Group Reporting and collaboration with international stakeholders;
Good understanding of Budgeting & Forecasting processes, including financial planning and performance monitoring;
Strong skills in Business & Commercial Analysis, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful business insights;
Experience with S&OP processes and Supply Chain Finance, ensuring alignment between commercial, operational, and financial objectives;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred);
Fluency in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description
Coordinating monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities, including data validation, reconciliations, management reporting, and financial results analysis;
Preparing and analyzing financial performance reports (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year), identifying key business drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities;
Supporting financial planning processes by preparing forecasts, business scenarios, and financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions;
Acting as a Finance Business Partner for management and cross-functional teams, providing financial support and insights to Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other business functions;
Performing business and commercial analysis, including sales performance, profitability, margins, operating expenses, product/channel performance, and key business indicators;
Supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by ensuring alignment between commercial forecasts, supply chain plans, inventory performance, and financial objectives;
Monitoring working capital, cash flow, inventory performance, and other financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.;
Collaborating with Group Finance and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, alignment with Group requirements, and effective implementation of financial processes;
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and reporting automation within the Finance function.
