Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operation support candidate to support daily processes across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels in Romania and Bulgaria.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations:
Goods Receipt Notes, transfers, and consumptions
End-of-month stock adjustments and consumables management
UIT code creation and delivery release in Entersoft
Cash control (RO & BG), stock counts and discrepancy uploads
Wholesale Operations:
Invoices and annex preparation
Credit notes and related adjustments
E-commerce Operations
Refunds, returns, and Legal invoicing
COD reconciliation and payment closing
Inventory & Stock Management
Coordination with central warehouse for reconciliation
Support in annual stock counts
Month-End Closing
File preparation and coordination with IT and accounting teams
Submission of closing and stock balance files
Requirements:
University degree in Finance/accounting and/or business
At least 1-3 years of experience in the finance department of similar companies, preferably working with stock accounting
Computer literacy, MS Office with strong excel skills
Experience in ERP, EBS knowledge will be considered a plus
Good understanding of finance processes and procedures. Knowledge of accounting and tax is a plus.
Excellent communication skills & organizational abilities
Excellent command of the English language
