Candidatul Ideal

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and confident Executive & Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the engineering team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This role is focused on management support, coordination, and execution, with a key responsibility of serving as a focal point of contact between the local team and Elmet headquarters.
The ideal candidate is assertive, solution-oriented, and brings a strong ability to follow up, drive execution, and integrate quickly into a dynamic team environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative, operations, or executive assistant role mandatory;
  • English proficiency: B2 level or higher (written and spoken) – mandatory;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (high interpersonal ability);
  • Proven ability to follow through on tasks and ensure execution (strong follow-up skills);
  • Ability to integrate quickly into a team and operate effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently;
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative and office operations;
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements;
  • Serve as a focal point of contact between the local team and Elmet headquarters;
  • Track tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution;
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and meeting minutes for management;
  • Support internal communication and ensure alignment across teams;
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders;
  • Maintain organized documentation, reports, and records;
  • Ensure administrative and operational processes are followed and completed effectively;
  • Proactively identify delays or gaps and escalate when needed.
