• Experience with e-mail security platforms (Proofpoint or similar).
• Ability to analyze and triage common threats such as phishing, spam and malicious links.
• Good understanding of e-mail technologies and standards (SMTP, SPF, e-mail headers).
• Experience with remediation actions based on procedures (message deletion, sender blocking).
• Willingness to learn and use automation tools and existing playbooks.
• Open-minded, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast pace environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Role Purpose:

This role is part of the Corporate Security Competence Center and focuses on the day-to-day operation of the e-mail security platform.
The position represents the first line of defense against e-mail threats, ensuring that reported phishing attempts are handled efficiently and that the platform operates reliably on a daily basis.

This role is well suited for candidates with experience in security operations who want to further develop their expertise in e-mail security.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor alert queues and perform initial analysis of suspicious and reported e-mails.

• Process user-reported phishing messages and provide basic security guidance to employees.

• Manage allow/block requests and release legitimate e-mails from quarantine when required.

• Support the daily operation and health of the e-mail security platform.

• Assist with phishing simulation and security awareness campaigns.

• Support onboarding activities, such as user data imports and connectivity testing for new entities.

• Escalate complex or targeted threats to senior engineers and incident response teams.
