We’re looking for a Mid-Level Email Marketer to join our Marketing Automation team.
You’ll work with international eCommerce brands to design, implement, and optimize email marketing strategies that drive conversions and customer retention.
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing or Marketing Automation, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, The Marketer, or similar automation platforms (Omnisend, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and email performance metrics.
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools) or a willingness to learn.
Attention to detail, curiosity for testing, and a data-driven mindset.
Solid English communication skills (written and spoken).
Nice to have
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Experience with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.

Manage recurring email campaigns and newsletter schedules for multiple eCommerce clients.
Segment and personalize audiences to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution).
Test subject lines, timing, and creative variations to continuously improve results.
Maintain data hygiene and compliance (GDPR, opt-in management).

Descrierea companiei
We are a team of 33 people. We all work remotely, mostly from Romania, but also from Denmark, the UK and we have collaborators in South America and Asia. The work we're doing varies greatly, from Store Management Tasks (day-to-day catalog work, optimization, and maintenance), to Online Marketing Tasks (Email, Digital, and Social) to App Development (Public Shopify Apps to be more precise), to Consulting Services. Our clients vary from small businesses (sales up to $2mil/year) to multinational corporations.
