We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Bucharest and support our utility-scale solar PV projects across Romania.

Requirements:
* University degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering;
* Experience in at least two land-based solar energy projects and grid connection works;
* Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics;
* Knowledge of LV/MV systems, control systems, and communication protocols is an advantage;
* Good organizational and communication skills;
* Romanian and English language skills;
* Valid Category B driving license;
* Willingness to travel within Romania.

We are a growing EPC and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) company specializing in utility-scale solar PV projects across Romania. As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Bucharest office and support our projects both from the office and, when required, at project sites throughout Romania.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate electrical works for utility-scale solar PV projects;
* Support construction, commissioning, and O&M activities;
* Review electrical drawings and technical documentation;
* Supervise electrical installations and subcontractors;
* Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues;
* Support testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities;
* Coordinate project approvals and technical processes with DSO, TSO, local authorities, and other relevant institutions;
* Prepare technical documentation and reports;
* Travel to project sites across Romania when required.
