Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to coordinate large-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects, with exposure to hybrid PV + BESS solutions, from development to commissioning.

Requirements

University degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering

10+ years of project management experience, including minimum 5 years in PV (GES) projects

Proven experience in EPC projects, mainly in utility-scale PV plants and hybrid energy projects (PV + BESS)

Active presence on site, with the ability to coordinate on-site and remote teams

Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and civil works for power plants

Good knowledge of permitting and approval processes, including interaction with regional and local authorities

Ability to technically prepare projects according to specifications and coordinate on-site execution

Experience in cost control, budgeting, quality management, and workforce planning

Ability to interpret ATR documentation and coordinate grid connection activities

Solid knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and hybrid PV solutions

Advanced user of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, PVsyst / PVcase

Strong background in PV construction, installation, and on-site project coordination

Ability to interpret and work with ATR documentation (Technical Connection Approval)

Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) concepts, integration, and basic operational principles

Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and analytical thinking

Ability to work under pressure

Fluent English

Valid driving license, willingness to travel

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Active presence on site, with the ability to coordinate on-site and remote teams

Develop and manage the Project Management Plan for PV (and hybrid PV + BESS) projects, including mobilization

Prepare and/or review master schedules, budgets, and work programs, monitor progress, and issue regular reports

Adjust project resources, timelines, and financial forecasts based on actual progress

Establish the project organization and plan procurement of materials, equipment, and personnel

Select, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors, including performance monitoring

Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely project execution

Plan and monitor project cash flow, informing management of funding needs or surpluses

Coordinate project activities with all stakeholders: ministries, local authorities, grid operators, consultants, contractors, and other partners

Verify compliance of design and construction documentation with applicable standards and legislation

Supervise on-site execution, procurement activities, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover
