We are waiting for you in the team if:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in retail management, with proven success in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams effectively.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Basic Knowledge in Romanian labor law regulations.
Strong hands-on mentality.
Experience in opening retail stores and/ or creating and implementing new processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Fluent in English, German is a plus.

Directly oversee 8 to 12 retail locations within the district, ensuring operational excellence.
Lead and support the employee life circle on Store level (from recruitment to on- and offboarding of Shop Managers and Sales Associates).
Assist Shop Managers in recruitment and coaching to enhance their teams' performance.
Make sure that all required trainings are done and all labor law regulations are met.
Identify training needs for employees and support their ongoing development.
Lead and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and motivation.
Support and recognize the contributions of team members, fostering a positive work environment.Implementation of
Take responsibility for achieving financial targets for the stores within your district.
Ensure the effective execution of corporate objectives and directives at each store level.
Introduce and enforce best practices to optimize store processes and enhance customer experience.
Support the Opening Team during the set-up of new stores.
