We are looking for an enthusiastic Disputes Support Specialist with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking for our awesome office in Sibiu, Romania (on site).
The Disputes Support Specialist plays a key role in protecting both our customers and our business by managing payment disputes raised by end-users of our B2B operators. This role ensures that disputes are handled efficiently, fairly, and with a strong focus on resolution and customer experience.
By owning the end-to-end dispute process, the Disputes Support Specialist helps minimize financial risk, maintain trust with our partners, and support a seamless payments experience. This position directly contributes to our mission of delivering reliable, high-quality service while enabling our operators to focus on growing their business with confidence.
What you will do
- Review each dispute and determine the strongest defense strategy
- Prepare and submit compelling evidence through Stripe
- Organize proof (screenshots, communication logs)
- Craft clear, compelling responses that directly address and challenge the stated reason codes
