We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who brings both strategic marketing thinking and sound technical, hands-on campaign execution experience (using tools such as google, Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, salesforce, etc.).
This role goes beyond campaign ideation and creative direction— you will be directly involved in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in either a client service role in a marketing agency or in an marketing department for an enterprise ideally as a Campaign Manager
- Previous experience in utilizing marketing automation/CRM platforms such as Unica Campaign, Eloqua, Adobe Enterprise, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or other similar tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing, including customer journeys, PPC, SEO, email marketing, websites and landing pages, geofencing, social media, etc.
- Experience designing and implementing effective and impactful campaigns
- Ability to develop strategic marketing plans for a variety of companies and verticals
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound digital channels for both B2B and B2C
- Experience with B2B, especially in life sciences and high tech
- Experience with loyalty programs, especially in retail, hospitality, and banking
- Understanding of multiple marketing approaches and capability to leverage them
- University degree, preferably in business, marketing, or computer science
- Talent, drive, and ambition to be a top-notch, world-class marketing strategist
- Solid communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal
- High proficiency in English
- SQL / Understanding of relational databases
- Basic technical skills (HTML/CSS, integrations, API understanding)
- Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment
- Team management experience
- Business development experience
- Proficiency of additional language(s)

- Define and implement tracking, tagging, attribution, and integrations
- Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns
- Manage CRM systems and other data sources
- Leverage other marketers, technologists, and creative specialists
- Assist in the acquisition of new clients by devising high-level solutions and ideas
- Build and grow relationships with clients based on results, innovation, and trust
