Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
Experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated environment.
Proven experience managing legal, financial, and operational responsibilities.
Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated experience with GDPR compliance.
Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director and executive team with strategic planning, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination.
Oversee general administrative functions, including HR administration support, vendor management, procurement, and facility management.
Provide internal legal guidance and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
Oversee risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and contract lifecycle management.
Oversee financial risk management, audit readiness, and compliance with accounting standards.
Support strategic financial decision-making for organizational growth.
Monitor project financial performance, billing, margin analysis, and cost control.
Oversee data governance procedures and ensure compliant handling of participant and operational data.
Act as liaison with Data Protection Officers and external regulatory bodies when required.
