Skills that make your work successful:
- Experience in HR delivery projects between 5-9 years;
- Strong experience as a Recruitment Lead and/or HR Lead;
- Solid end-to-end recruitment knowledge and understanding of HR operational models;
- A natural ability to bring structure, document workflows, and define standards;
- High attention to detail and a passion for process improvement;
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder confidence;
- Curiosity, proactivity, and readiness to step into a more specialist, process-driven role;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent command in spoken and written German and English;
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines across complex projects;
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments;
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivery quality and satisfaction;
- Management, and continuous improvement practices.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment and/or HR, who is excited to transition into a Specialist position focused on process ownership, governance, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will take over recruitment processes directly from the client, ensuring they are well-defined, well-documented, and consistently executed across teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, strategic thinking and influencing operational efficiency:
- Own, design, and refine recruitment processes received from the client;
- Create, document and standardize procedures for seamless team adoption;
- Ensure operational governance, compliance, and clear process visibility;
- Partner closely with the client and internal stakeholders to drive alignment;
- Monitor process performance and propose improvements where needed;
- Act as a subject-matter expert, bringing clarity and stability to the operational ecosystem;

- Utilize analytical tools, statistical methods, and structured analysis to improve business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making;
