Candidatul Ideal
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, Azure Blob Storage).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala).
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines in production environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and related services.
• Lead data integration, transformation, and migration initiatives across multiple data sources and platforms.
• Optimize and monitor data pipelines and storage solutions to ensure high performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for data quality, governance, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and continuously improve existing data systems.
