The role
You will be responsible for performing direct-to-consumer support across multiple countries through digital channels, to solve customer’s requests and support business operations.
This role operates in a cross-border, multicultural environment and supports also promo//post-purchase assistance and complaint resolution.

You will be responsible for performing direct-to-consumer support across multiple countries through digital channels, to solve customer’s requests and support business operations.
This role operates in a cross-border, multicultural environment and supports also promo//post-purchase assistance and complaint resolution.
- Process and resolve digital inquiries received through social media, e-mail, web forms or other internal systems.
- Provide product guidance, setup support, activation assistance, and usage troubleshooting.
- Handle standard complaint resolution within approved procedures.
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Own cases end-to-end until resolution or formal escalation.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using internal tools and knowledge base.
- Coordinate internally with technical or back office teams.
- Handle follow-up actions until final customer confirmation.
- Ensure escalations include complete documentation and clear case summary.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced English - written and spoken
- Customer experience mindset with demonstrated empathy
This is a work from office position in Bucharest.
