Job Description

  • Answer inbound calls from clients wishing to report sensitive incidents such as: Data breaches, Workplace misconduct or abuse, Fraud, Discrimination, Harassment or other ethical concerns
  • Provide active listening, emotional support, and a calm, professional demeanor during calls
  • Accurately document all relevant details during the call by drafting detailed written reports
  • Review and correct all written reports to ensure they meet grammatical and spelling standards before submission
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
